The rooms were described as clean and quiet, with comfortable beds and pillows. 

Guests frequently praised the staff who were attentive, accommodating and well trained to meet the needs of the guests. Guests told of how they received back in the mail items forgotten at the hotel and how they were allowed to use the meeting room to accommodate their ski team's morning preparations. The hotel demonstrated a pro-active attitude in resolving booking errors and any issues brought to their attention.

The location was liked for its proximity to the airport and restaurants.

The free shuttle was convenient, prompt and fast.

Guests were usually pleased with the free breakfast. It offered a large selection of continental items as well as freshly-made waffles and guests seemed particularly impressed with the coffee.

Many were impressed with the value this hotel offered.

There was very little negativity since the new management took over.

Some mentioned that rooms and hotel were a little dated.

Occasionally guests complained that the elevator smelled of smoke as there were smokers in the hotel. One guest said smoke entered the bathroom through the vent.

Long-term parking for guests catching flights could be limited according to guests.
