The hotel has 18 cabins and a main lodge building which offer 33 smoke-free, child-free and pet-free rooms on 2 or 3 floors with no elevator access.
All rooms include free Wi-Fi, a coffeemaker, a soaker tub, a hair dryer, a wood-burning fireplace or gas fireplace, a patio or balcony with table and chairs and a view of Moraine Lake or the Valley of the Ten Peaks .
Some rooms include: A double jacuzzi is offered in the honeymoon suite, and king cabins offer bathrobes and slippers. Accessible rooms are available.
Guests should note: Rooms do not have telephones or televisions, but a lobby phone is provided for guests. This hotel does not accommodate children under the age of 8. The front desk is open from 7 am to 11 pm. Ironing boards are available from the front desk.

The hotel's location was by far the biggest highlight for many reviewers. Many guests agreed that the hotel's surrounding area and the lake itself was exceptionally beautiful, and serene with breathtaking vistas.
Guests found the rooms very clean and comfortable. The wood-burning fireplaces provided a cozy and memorable experience and guests liked the rustic elegance of the room's decor. Several guests were also pleased to receive a free bottle of wine as a welcome gift.
Many guests enjoyed dining on site. Recent guests described their meals as excellent, and the breakfast as having good variety and fresh foods. Some reviewers emphasized their enjoyment of dining on site by using words such as fantastic and first class to describe the food presented to them.
The staff were praised by several guests for being helpful and friendly. One recent guest wrote, "Everything about this resort is top notch. The management and staff are totally professional."
