The Bad
Guests mostly said positive things about the hotel but occasionally a guest found fault.

A few guests said the hotel was tired, although clean and well maintained. Issues arose from: a lack of lighting in a couple of rooms, a small bathroom, an old carpet that needed to be changed and noise transfer from within the rooms and nearby rooms that a couple of guests complained about.

Occasionally a guest would say that the room rates were expensive in Jasper, but most guests in the reviews read felt the hotel offered good value and good amenities in a good location.
