Overview
Located a 3-minute drive to the city centre, just off Highway 35, and about a 9-minute drive from High Level Airport (YOJ), this hotel is suitable for car and air travellers who require a hotel with a free breakfast, on-site dining, a free airport shuttle and easy highway access. Offering affordable pricing and free access to the nearby waterpark, this hotel also caters well to young families.
more Each of this smoke-free hotel's air-conditioned guest rooms comes equipped with outdoor access, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a coffeemaker, a mini-fridge, a microwave, a desk, a fireplace, an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. Rooms with a jetted tub and three queen beds are also available, as are wheelchair-accessible rooms.
Hotel amenities include a fitness room, meeting/banquet space, a business centre, guest laundry, vending machines and free parking. A free airport shuttle is also offered (please call the hotel to make arrangements). Pets are permitted for $10 per pet, per night. There is no elevator to the second storey.
In addition to its own on-site gym, this hotel provides free access to a nearby waterpark which offers an indoor pool, waterslide and hot tub. The waterpark is a 2-minute drive or 8-minute walk away.
On-site dining is offered at Frontier Restaurant and Bar, which is open from 8 am to 10:30 pm and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. A free continental breakfast with hot choices is available from 6 am to 10 am daily.

Many guests praised the hotel's staff, characterizing them as friendly, efficient, helpful and professional. One patron remarked, "We will remember the enthusiasm and expertise of your desk clerk and breakfast attendant. They gave a personal and caring touch to our stay".
Numerous reviewers were pleased with their accommodations at the hotel. They described their rooms as clean, well equipped, attractive and spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows. One guest noted, "There was a good sized flat screen TV and to my surprise a fireplace. We never used the fireplace but on a winter day I am assuming it would be nice. There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room along with information about area restaurants etc. The beds were quite comfortable and the room didn't feel stuffy or anything which was nice". A few patrons had complaints about their lodgings, however (see below).
The hotel's value was complimented by several lodgers. They found the rates to be reasonable, great and decent and also cited the free breakfast as adding to the hotel's overall value.
The Bad

Although the majority of reviewers praised their clean and comfortable rooms, a few lodgers had complaints. A couple of guests reported hot rooms and one of these said he was unable to regulate the room temperature.
