Located just off Highway 43 and about a 4-minute drive from Grande Prairie's city centre, the Canadian Motor Inn is geared towards road travellers who prefer an economical and centrally located hotel with extended kitchen amenities, a free breakfast and easy highway access.

Many lodgers were pleased with the hotel's location, describing it as central and easy to find, as well as close to the airport, shopping, restaurants and Walmart. One patron noted, "The Motel is conveniently located near the mall with all amenities within walking distance".
