About the hotel: This newer hotel is located just off Hwy 63 in an industrial park, a 9-minute drive north of downtown Fort McMurray.
The hotel has 151 smoke-free rooms on 4 floors with elevator access.
All rooms include free Wi-Fi, free wired Internet, free local calls, a 42” or 47” flat screen Smart TV with Telus Optic HDTV cable, a Keurig coffeemaker, a kitchenette (stove top), a table and 2 chairs, a desk with ergonomic chair, plug-ins for electronic devices, a safe, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, and climate control.
Some rooms include a sofa, a separate bedroom, 2 TVs, a living room, and a washer and dryer. Accessible rooms are available.
Rooms are furnished with 1 queen or 1 king bed.
Free outdoor parking is available for cars and oversize vehicles. Underground parking (with a clearance 6’6”) is available for $10 per night.
Pets are welcome (2) for $20 per room, per night to a maximum of $100. A refundable damage deposit of $50 per stay is required.

Guests were very pleased with this hotel.
Rooms were clean, modern and well appointed with comfortable beds. Guests enjoyed big showers, lots of pillows and well-stocked kitchenettes.
Guests liked the quiet location away from downtown’s nightlife scene. It was handy to the highway, the Oil Sands, businesses and downtown by car.
Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.
Guests enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It was above the average, with good variety, a smoothie of the day and a new omelet station.
Guests enjoyed meals on site as well with great staff and excellent food.
Guests also liked: the small convenience market which offered sandwiches and salads for a quick lunch, underground parking (especially in winter), and the lounge for relaxing or meeting with friends.
