Overview
This hotel is located on Hwy 2 and provides an enjoyable stay next to South Park Centre which offers big-box stores and restaurants in Edmonton's south end.
The hotel offers 103 smoke-free rooms over 4 floors with elevator access.
All rooms include free Wi-Fi, free local calls, a flat screen TV with cable, a coffeemaker, a mini-fridge, a desk with ergonomic chair, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and climate control.
Some rooms include a sofabed, a separate bedroom, a living area, 2 TVs, free wired Internet, a microwave, a mini-kitchen (mini-fridge, microwave, sink), a dining table, a fireplace and a 2-person hot tub. Accessible rooms are available.

The Good
Guests typically enjoyed their stay at this well priced budget hotel.
Staff were kind and helpful. They were problem solvers, were welcoming and sympathetic to guests' needs.
The location was near restaurants, shopping, Ikea, and the T&T grocery store. Guests also found the hotel conveniently located for accessing the airport, highways and West Edmonton Mall.
Rooms were described as large and clean, with mini-fridges and comfortable beds.
The pool with waterslide was very much enjoyed by guests.
Guests liked the free continental breakfast usually calling it good or very good. One recent guest wrote, "Had some fresh fruit, toast, muffins, yoghurt, hard boiled eggs and cereal. The breakfast room was kept clean! All in all a great stay for the price."
Guests often thought the hotel provided good value.
The Bad
Some guests were not fully satisfied with their stay.
more Recent room complaints were: small size TVs, thin sheets, no extra blankets, uncomfortable beds, pillows lumpy, older towels need replacing, rooms painted a dark colour, old tub and an old shower head.
Occasionally guests found the pool a little cool and the hot tub not hot enough. One guest complained that the pool was being serviced during regular pool hours which absorbed two hours of their time.
Some found the breakfast lacking in hot foods and low carb options or were disappointed that it was served on paper plates.
Occasionally guests complained of noisy sports teams staying at the hotel, but it seems that the staff were able to work around this well by moving guests to other rooms.
