Reviewers generally described their rooms as clean, however some guests described finding dirty dishes left behind by previous guests, a lack of housekeeping service on multi-night stays, and failure to have complimentary items, such as coffee and shampoo, replenished.
A couple of guests were disturbed by noise in their rooms. One guest described banging doors in the halls and another guest said that he was "awakened by footsteps [in the room] above and noise in the hallway".
Other isolated complaints included: small indoor pool and poor selection of television channels and movies.
