About the hotel: This mid-range hotel offers a pleasant stay, 10 minutes from West Edmonton Mall and 16 minutes to downtown by car.
The 4-storey hotel has 127 smoke-free rooms with elevator access.
All rooms include free Wi-Fi, a 42” flat screen HDTV with cable, a coffeemaker, a kitchenette [stove top (on request), full fridge, microwave, dishwasher], a desk with ergonomic chair, a sofabed, a safe, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, and climate control.
Some rooms include a separate bedroom, 2 TVs, and a living room. Accessible rooms are available.
Rooms are furnished with 1 queen bed or 1 king bed.
Free parking is available on site.
Pets are welcome (under 34 kg) for $50 per stay. Request a pet-friendly room when booking.

This hotel felt like home with comfortable public spaces and roomy, well-equipped rooms.
Rooms were clean, modern and spacious with comfortable beds.
Location was convenient to West Edmonton Mall, restaurants, shopping and Anthony Henday Drive.
Staff were very helpful and friendly.
The free breakfast offered a large selection of hot items and guests liked having real plates, bowls and cutlery.
Many found good value at this hotel.
Guests also liked: outside patio and fire pit, lots of TV channels, well-stocked gym and ample free parking.

Recent room complaints were: pocket doors to bathroom are less sound proof and therefore offer less privacy, bed was not the most comfortable and duvet only covered the top of the bed and was difficult to share.

Other comments found were: no hot tub, pool a little deep for kids, area was a little industrial looking and no housekeeping service on weekends without a request was inconvenient for replenishing towels and coffee.
