Guests considered this hotel to be excellent, exceptionally clean with first class service.

They were impressed with the staff. Guests found a great experience at this hotel which was largely due to very pleasant, efficient and excellent staff who they said showed kindness and hospitality. One guest put it like this, "The staff really go over and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible."

They were impressed with the rooms. They were very clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable. Guests said they slept well.

They were impressed with the free breakfast. It was described as healthy, delicious, abundant, with lots of selection and clean with hygenic food handling. The sitting area was described as huge and very inviting.

The pool area was well liked. Guests liked the kiddie splash pool and said it was awesome for kids. The adult pool and hot tub were a great size, very clean and were open late, which was great for relaxing prior to bed.

Guests liked the location. It was right off the highway with easy access, and it was very close to West Edmonton Mall. Guests also found lots of restaurants and shopping a few minutes' drive or healthy walk away.

It was a great value. Guests said it was a fraction of the cost of staying on site at the West Edmonton Mall. Many guests said they were returning to this hotel.

Occasionally guests mentioned missing a microwave and mini-fridge in their room. (Suites offer them but the regular rooms do not have them.)

Some guests found the pool water temperature cold. (The manager responded and said they attended to this problem.)

Breakfast room was sometimes crowded.

Occasionally guests complained of hearing noisy neighbours in the hallways, doors slamming or traffic from the highway. One guest mentioned the conference room transferred noise to a neighbouring guest room. Others were disturbed by noisy heaters or AC units.
