The Bad
There was some negative feedback.
Recent room complaints were: older jetted tub with mould in jets, no vent fan in bathroom, room a little warm and room was dimly lit and faced the interior of the mall with no window to the outside (no sunshine/natural light/ability to gauge the weather).
Noise transferred from: bars in the mall, construction in progress, elevator and hallway.
Other comments found were: long walks to room from elevator, confusing to access hotel from the parking garage, and small lobby.
