The 4-storey hotel has 108 smoke-free and pet-free rooms with elevator access.
All rooms include free Wi-Fi, free local calls, a 32”, 37” or 42” flat screen TV with pay-per-view movies/games, a coffeemaker, a mini-fridge, a microwave, a desk with ergonomic chair, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and air conditioning.
Some rooms include a sofabed, 2 separate bedrooms, 2 TVs, a living room, a kitchenette (stove top), a dining table, a gas fireplace and a 2-person hot tub. Accessible rooms are available.

Recent room complaints were: mattress was lumpy, uncomfortable sofabed, not enough blankets provided for bunk beds, towels and sheets old, beds a little worn, carpets matted and discoloured with dirt, bathtub dirty with layers of residue, bathtub drain slow, sticky counters, room too warm and difficulty regulating the temperature, bathroom floor slimy, tub too slippery, phone not working and only 2 bath towels provided for 3 persons for each day of the stay.
Noise transferred from: guests walking in rooms above, guests in the hallway, plumbing sounds, mini-fridge and in-room heater fan.
Other comments found were: hot tub had too many chemicals causing eyes to sting, hot tub was dirty with foam, hot tub not hot, pool too cold, small and run down looking, lounge closed too early on the weekend and restaurant too dimly lit.
