Overview
This hotel is located near restaurants and the Central Station LRT. It overlooks the Saskatchewan River on Jasper Avenue

The hotel has 177 smoke-free and pet-free rooms on 11 floors with elevator access. 

All rooms include free Wi-Fi, free wired Internet, a flat screen TV with cable, a coffeemaker, a mini-fridge, a desk with ergonomic chair, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and climate control.

Some rooms include a sofabed, a separate bedroom, 2 TVs, a living room, a microwave, a double Jacuzzi and river view. Accessible rooms are available.

Rooms are furnished with 2 queens or 1 king bed.

Valet underground parking (with a clearance of 6') is $30 per day with unlimited access. Outdoor parking for taller vehicles can be arranged with the front desk at the Impark lot outside the hotel at the same rate.

A free morning coffee bar is available from 5:30 am to 7 am.

Restaurant on site: Riverside Bistro is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner along with evening cocktails. Outdoor patio dining can be enjoyed in the warmer months, overlooking the river. Room service is offered from 7 am to 11 pm.

The Good
Guests often enjoyed this hotel

They liked the rooms. They were well cleaned with comfortable beds, quiet and some had scenic views of the river.

They liked the location. It was an easy walk to good restaurants and city attractions.

They liked the staff, who were described as professional, very attentive, well-mannered and accommodating.

Guests often enjoyed breakfast and other dining at the restaurant, found reasonable prices and great river views.

Adding value for some guests were: prompt valet service, fresh coffee in the lobby, birthday and anniversary upgrades and a guest coin-laundry on site.

The Bad
Guests were not always fully satisfied.

Room complaints were: small room with no table and sparse seating, no room to walk about or place suitcase, bathroom was small and lacked counter space and a fan, rooms are a little dated with small windows, and no full-length mirror or safe in room.

Some found the valet parking expensive and the drop off area in front of the hotel cramped.

A few guests complained that the room prices were expensive and that the hotel charged extra for bottled water.

Occasionally guests found the elevator slow.
