About the hotel: This hotel provides a pleasant stay, a 7-minute walk from the University of Alberta campus and hospital, and the University Station light rail stop. It's an easy walk to restaurants and groceries and a 12-minute drive from the city centre.
The 14-storey property has 90 smoke-free and pet-free rooms with elevator access.
All rooms include free Wi-Fi, free local calls, a flat screen TV with cable, a coffeemaker, a kitchenette (stove top, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster) or a mini-kitchen (mini-fridge, microwave, sink with counter), a dining area, a desk with ergonomic chair, iPod docks, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, windows that open and climate control.
Some rooms include 1 or 2 separate bedrooms and a living room.
Rooms are furnished with a sofabed, plus 1 or 2 queen beds.
Parking: Outdoor parking and covered parking (6’ clearance) is $17 per day.

Recent room complaints were: kitchenette a bit dated, not enough coffee provided in room, no night stand and lamp on one side of bed, shower didn’t drain easily and fluctuating water temperatures, shower flooded the floor, bathroom small, sofabed uncomfortable, no pillow menu in the room, and pillow and bed uncomfortable.
Noise transferred from: AC units, guests talking and mechanical noise in the hallway, elevator, neighbouring rooms and the street.
Other comments found were: no breakfast in the hotel, parking was poorly lit and tight (Impark parkade), no room service from restaurants, lobby a bit dated, and elevators were sluggish.
