Overview
These vacation rental properties are situated in Canmore, within a 2-minute drive of the Trans-Canada Highway. Offering units with full kitchens, in-suite laundry and monthly rates, this property is well suited for guests looking for extended-stay accommodations.

This property is 100% smoke free. These units are individually owned and therefore furnishings and amenities may vary slightly between units, however all units are equipped with free Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, in-floor heating in the bathrooms, a gas fireplace or stove, carpeting throughout the living room and dining room, a TV and DVD player, a queen-sized sofabed, in-suite laundry, large windows and a private balcony. One-, two- and three-bedroom units are available.

Free heated underground parking is available on site and pets under 40 lbs are permitted in select rooms for an additional fee of $20 per pet, per night. A portion of this fee goes to the Bow Valley SPCA. 

This property does not offer on-site dining. However, there are a few restaurants within a 5-minute walk of this hotel, such as the Cornerstone Theatre and Restaurant and Vic's Steakhouse and Bar. There is also a Sobey's about a 4-minute drive or 16-minute walk away.

Other on-site amenities include an outdoor heated pool (open all year), a hot tub, a fitness centre, a BBQ area, concierge service and free movie/game rentals. One Wellness and Spa is located within a 5-minute walk, and offers fitness services, a sauna, a steam room, physiotherapy, massage, esthetic services and body treatments.

Elevation Place, a recreational facility with a rock climbing wall, aquatics centre, child care services and an art gallery, is an 11-minute walk away. The city centre area of Canmore, which features boutique shops, a yoga studio, restaurants and nightlife, is 4 minutes away by car, while the Stewart Creek Golf Course is 8 minutes away by car.

Many guests seemed generally satisfied with their stays at this property, among the reviews used for this analysis. The outdoor heated pool seemed to be the highlight of this hotel for many reviewers and one guest said that swimming outside in winter was a treat.

Several reviewers described their units as generally comfortable and a couple of guests agreed that their units felt like a home away from home. Several guests found their in-unit kitchens well equipped for preparing meals, while a few reviewers agreed that their units were quiet, spacious, clean and had pleasant views of the Rockies.

Several guests found the location within walking distance of Canmore attractions and one reviewer thought that Canmore was generally peaceful. A few reviewers found the room rates reasonable and thought that the hotel offered good value for the money they spent, while a few guests appreciated the free indoor heated parking.

A couple of reviewers found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

The Bad
Although many guests were generally happy with their stays, there were a few common concerns voiced in the reviews sourced for this editorial.

A few guests complained that housekeeping service was infrequent and that their complimentary items and towels were not replenished on a daily basis. One reviewer thought that the housekeeping staff could have been more thorough and this reviewer said that she found garbage left behind by previous occupants. A couple of guests thought that common areas, such as the stairwells, could have been cleaner.

A couple of reviewers found their units in the older "Wolf" lodge to be in need of updating and maintenance. These guests described stained carpeting and chipped wall paint.
