Overview
This hotel is located a 5-minute walk to the Eau Claire Market and 6 minutes to the Stephen Avenue pedestrian mall. It's also connected to Plus 15, Calgary's pedestrian skywalk.
The smoke-free hotel has 525 rooms over 20 floors with elevator access.
All rooms include free Wi-Fi, a 32" flat-screen TV with cable and pay-per-view movies, a coffeemaker, a desk with ergonomic chair, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and climate control.
Some rooms include free bottled water, free local and long distance calls, a chaise lounge chair, a sitting area, a 42" TV, marble floors, a humidifier, a bathroom scale, bathrobes, river or city views and a balcony. Accessible rooms are available.

Guests liked this hotel. It was comfortable with pleasant staff in a great location.
more The location was convenient. It was walking distance to downtown attractions, shopping, parks and restaurants, close to business offices, car rental offices and public transit.
The staff were professional, warm and pleasant. Guests were often impressed with the caliber of service they provided. Valets were described as prompt, patient and always smiling.
Guests enjoyed the rooms. They were described as beautiful, fresh smelling and airy, peaceful and clean with great beds. Rooms also had plenty of storage, and were spacious.
Guests enjoyed dining on site. They liked the atmosphere at the bar, had very good breakfasts as well as great tasting and reasonably-priced food at the Keg.
Some guests felt the hotel provided good value.
The Bad
There was a little negative feedback found in recent reviews.
more Recent room complaints: poor view from room, only a half door in shower let water flow out and cold air in, a very small bathroom, bed too soft, room air felt dry, water not hot enough in the shower, very small shower, sliding bathroom door offered less privacy, and no snacks or mini-bar in the room.
Some guests complained of no free breakfast and extra fees adding up.
Some guests missed having a hot tub in the pool area.
