The Good
Some guests found this hotel to provide a decent room for an overnight stay when accessing the airport.
more The rooms were older and dated according to some, but were still often described as clean with a comfortable bed.
The location was sometimes referred to as "out in the boonies", but in relation to the airport and with a free shuttle, it was convenient for accessing the airport.
Guests liked the staff. They were often described as friendly, helpful and courteous to guests.
Guests typically thought Moxies was excellent, enjoyed breakfasts and room service and were pleased that it was on site. Guests also appreciated the late night specials and happy hour available both at the Chop Restaurant and at Moxies.
The Bad
Some reviewers were not as comfortable at the hotel, which they felt needed better cleaning, better maintenance and renovation.
more Guests mentioned worn rooms that were dark, dingy, had an offensive odour, were dusty and not cleaned well. Some complained of AC units that were ineffective with rooms uncomfortably hot even in the spring and fall, poor water pressure and even no hot water for showering.
Recent guests also complained that the pool was smaller than expected and very dirty with the hot tub in need repair.
Noise was an issue for some. They complained about airplanes overhead (although some said they couldn't hear planes), AC units, guests in overhead rooms and in the hallways.
