The Good
Guests enjoyed their stay at this hotel and were quite pleased with the value provided.

Guests enjoyed the suites. They offered lots of space and storage, were well maintained, quiet and very clean. Guests found the beds comfortable and were happy to have full kitchens and a separate living space in the larger suites, which added comfort to the stay.

The location was very central. It was right downtown in walking distance to shops, restaurants, public transit, the airport express (route 300) and Prince's Island. For self catering guests found a food market around the corner and a Mac's Convenience store across the street.

Guests typically liked the staff whom they found helpful, accommodating and friendly.

Many said they would return and found the hotel to provide very good value (some felt they had found a real gem).

The Bad
There were not a lot of negative comments found online in recent reviews, especially since the hotel has been renovated.

Bathroom were sometimes described as small, although the suites themselves were often described as roomy.

Occasionally a guest said the gym was small and mentioned that there is no restaurant or indoor pool on site.

Parking could sometimes present a little problem due to small parking spaces and a limited number of them. One recent guest had to park in the overflow parking and said she had to walk through a dark alley to get to the hotel at night.

Some said the exterior of the building was not that appealing and needed a refresh.
