The Good
This hotel was very well liked by guests who found it very clean and comfortable, well priced and well located.

The location was convenient, especially for guests with cars as it's close to major east/west and north/south arteries. Guests found it an easy drive to shopping, restaurants and downtown.

Guests liked the rooms. They were clean, spacious and updated with new carpet and furniture. Some had views of the Rockies and guests found the rainfall glass showers luxurious and the AC units quiet and effective.

Guests liked the staff. They were quick to respond to requests, cheerful and fun with a good sense of humour.

Guests enjoyed dining on site. One reviewer said, "The restaurant had pleasant service, a broad menu and a house-made taste to many dishes, important as there's no real choices in walking distance."

Guests were often pleased with the gym. It had brand new equipment which included cardio work out machines. One guest wrote, "The gym was fantastic with great equipment. The treadmill had a big full function screen including video courses you could run. I had so much fun going through some German and New Zealand cityscapes I did 5 miles!"

Wi-Fi received high marks in the reviews and one guest wrote, "Oh and the internet. No fuss, no codes, no limits.. It works and it works beautifully, right up to an 85MB download speed. I almost locked the door and decided to never leave the room."

Many guests felt the hotel provided good value.
The Bad
This hotel fared very well in the reviews but some guests provided some negative feedback.

Occasionally guests felt the breakfast and restaurant prices were a little high.

All rooms have a shower, and some guests missed having a tub. One guest said her bathroom door did not provide full privacy as it had a sliding door which did not fully close the room off.

Although many guests found the hotel quiet, there was the occasional noise disturbance. Guests could hear the elevator, doors slamming or the activity from the comedy club in the parking lot as people left to go home very late at night.
