The University of Winnipeg is located within the city centre of Winnipeg. The buildings of the campus are located within four city blocks and take up the area between Portage Avenue, Colony Street (or Memorial Blvd, if approaching from the north), Ellice Avenue and Furby Street.

There are several casual or short-term parking lots situated around the university. A map of the lots can be found on the university's website.

Out of the lots available to park in, two are listed on the university's website as offering short-term parking, suitable for visitors. They are located at 439 Young Street and 280 Spence Street. The rates for these lots are $2 per hour, $8 per day or $2 per evening.
