A "Mail-it-Home" program exists for those who may have brought something to the airport that is not allowed on the plane. Travellers can purchase, for $5, a pre-stamped envelope to mail their item home for safekeeping.

There are volunteers called Airport Ambassadors that assist passengers with answering questions, giving directions and other needed assistance. The volunteers can be found at the Saskatoon Shines Reception Centre in the arrivals area of the terminal.
