The Royal Victoria Hospital (RVH), at the McGill University Health Centre, includes the Allan Memorial Institute (AMI) and is located in the borough of Ville-Marie at the base of Mount Royal. The hospital is Quebec's primary transplant centre, started the first palliative care unit in Canada and developed a treatment for Parkinson's Disease.
