Getting Around
There are a number of different gardens and sections throughout the park, and guests are invited to casually stroll through all of them. Starting at the Waterwheel Square, guests can then wander through the sunken garden, rose garden, Japanese and Italian Gardens before ending at the restaurants. A map of the park with descriptions of each area can be found on their website.

Downtown Victoria on the southern side of the island is an approximate 25-minute drive away, while the Victoria International Airport (YYJ) in Sidney is located a 20-minute drive north of the park. 

A number of tour operators include trips to Butchart Gardens from the Greater Victoria area, as well as from Washington State. More tour information can be found on the Gardens' website.
