Embarc Blue Mountain (formerly Club Intrawest at Blue Mountain) is the most popular accommodation in the area. This is a great area for a family vacation or couple's getaway at all times of the year. There is golfing, hiking and biking nearby in the warmer months and skiing on-site in the snowy months. 

Guests can enjoy an outdoor pool and year-round outdoor hot tubs, plus an exercise room on site. There is also a playground and games/arcade room for the kids and small theatre with nightly movies. Restaurants and shopping are a short walk to the village, about 5-minutes, or you can take the shuttle.

Beautiful vistas of the mountains and a cozy ambiance add greatly to the guest experience from the lobby, boat house and from the spacious suites and guest cottages. All rooms come with kitchenettes and a hot tub. Cottages have balconies and gas fireplaces. The hotel and rooms are clean and well maintained with modern furnishings, but there are no elevators to the second floor.

Tips For Staying Near Blue Mountain Resort

Blue Mountain Resort is located in Blue Mountains, Ontario and is a 15- minute drive west of Collingwood. The resort consists of both rented and owned lodging facilities, ski hills and a village that contains shops and restaurants.

The area surrounding the resort is primarily preserved green space and ponds and the shores of the Georgian Bay are a 5-minute drive away.
There are three main parking lots at the resort and two overflow lots for when the main lots are at capacity. Parking is free in all of the general lots at the resort. A map of the resort detailing the locations of each parking lot can be found on the resort's website.
Getting Around: Driving
The resort is located at a 4-minute drive off of Highway 26. The first five hotels listed below are located on site at the resort and are all accessible within a 3-minute drive of one another. 

The last two hotels will be best accessed by car or taxi, as there are no public transit options in the area. Both are less than a 15-minute drive from the resort.
Getting Around: Free Shuttle
Blue Mountain Resort offers a complimentary shuttle for traveling around the resort. There are 13 shuttle stops located around the resort with the shuttle running every 15 to 20 minutes.
