"Clean but basic accommodation"
"Priced like a big city hotel with clean, but basic and tired-looking accommodation that was more like a motel. Expectations set high by hotel marketing itself as the best hotel in Whitehorse - the standards elsewhere must be pretty poor if that is true."

"I am very positive since I stayed there twice (21-22 aug as well as 03-04 sep) and both times we were upgraded to a Jaccuzi Suite. Upon arrival at our second stay, thye immedidate bought a parcel for me which had been sent by my sister. Very good and personal service,"

"The only drawback was no air conditioning in the room. Other than that the staff was very friendly and helpful not only at the front desk but in the restaurant as well. I would definitely stay here again."
