This hotel is situated on the Yukon River in downtown Whitehorse. This property is well located for guests looking to explore the downtown on foot and there are several attractions within a 5-minute walk, including the waterfront hiking trail, the Old Log Church Museum, the MacBride Museum of Yukon History and Rotary Park (green space). 

All rooms are smoke free and include free Wi-Fi, free local calls, a TV, an iron and ironing board, a mini-fridge, a hair dryer, a desk and air conditioning. Some rooms also include a sofa, while select rooms feature views of the Yukon River. Suites at this hotel offer a kitchenette, a mini-bar, a coffeemaker, bathrobes and slippers, while select suites also include a jetted tub. There is no elevator at this hotel, but wheelchair-accessible rooms are available on the first floor. Pets are not permitted in guest rooms.

There are two on-site restaurants at this hotel. The Edge Bar & Grill serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, while Cellar Steakhouse & Wine Bar serves dinner only, Wednesday through Sunday.
