"When I phoned to the desk at midnight about a party next door they ere prompt about dealing withnit I felt however that when they knew a noisy crowd had booked it thw=at they could have patroled by midnight to see if they were abiding by the ten o'clock quiet time. This hotel does not have hundreds of rooms and floors to be checking"

"My wife has an alergy to scents and had a bit of difficulty with the oderant used by the custodial staff but we were able to get the room aired-out with air conditioning and also opening the window. This would be the only very minor criticism.Continental breakfast was excellent as was the lady looking after the service"
