"I wouldn't stay there again unless I had no other options."

"At around 5:30 in the a.m. I could hear a train blowing it's whistle a number of times but couldn't see a train. When I left I noticed the train tracks were actually about 4-5 blocks away. Not very sound proof!! Staff never thanked me for staying or asked how my stay was - not very friendly customer service."

"My wife has an alergy to scents and had a bit of difficulty with the oderant used by the custodial staff but we were able to get the room aired-out with air conditioning and also opening the window. This would be the only very minor criticism.Continental breakfast was excellent as was the lady looking after the service"
