Many guests found their newly renovated rooms spacious, clean, and comfortable. Numerous guests commended the hotel staff saying they received "superior service" and that the staff were an asset to this hotel. Several guests mentioned the excellent quality of the free Continental breakfast, and many were pleased that waffles were included with the standard fare.
Several guests enjoyed the swimming pool and waterslide and those travelling with children found it a useful and convenient amenity. Most guests felt this hotel was an excellent facility and said they would recommend it to others as well as return to it themselves.
The Bad
The majority of guest reviews for this hotel were positive however there were a few criticisms to take note of. These typically centered on the small breakfast area and the size of the swimming pool.
Some guests complained that the breakfast area was too small to sufficiently accommodate guests during busy times. A few said they felt "cramped" and this impeded their enjoyment of the free Continental breakfast.
