"Room wasn't clean - 4 beetles on and in the bed, hair - not ours - on the pillow and some small pieces of garbage on the floor next to the bed. The desk clerk was not overly helpful and didn't seen to know what to do. When I asked questions regarding the rate, she got a bit rude."
