Room wasn't clean - 4 beetles on and in the bed, hair - not ours - on the pillow and some small pieces of garbage on the floor next to the bed

The "free" breakfast was excellent - far better than your average "continental breakfast" and a reason why we would stay there again

The staff was exceptionally friendly,we really enjoyed the hot breakfast

The hotel was great, the booking service however managed to get us a queen-sized room when we payed for king; that was the first thing we noticed when we arrived (there were two queen beds rather than one king)

I believe the staff is trying
