"We have stayed here before and had a very nice room, but we booked online this time to get a cheaper rate and they stuck us in an old erea of the hotel. The rooms stunk and although we were in a nonsmoking room, the whole 2nd floor smelled STRONG of cigarette smoke!! My son has asthma!!! When we complained they passed us off saying that sometimes that wing smells like smoke because of how it is vented!! That is a pathetic excuse and felt it was over priced for the run down smokey room we received!!"

"Don't stay here."
"Rooms had mold on ceiling from previous water leaks, hotel overall was dirty. Pillow had hair on it, bathroom had mold. Upon checkout, front staff does not ask how the stay was, guess they don't want to hear it again. This is something I would expect from a cheap motel, not the Travel Lodge. Will NEVER stay at this or any Travel Lodge again, was very disappointed."

"A few bumps, but would stay again"
"All in all, good experience. We had called front desk to ask for fresh towels to our room at we had just been to the pool and were now bathing the kids. 6 towels, 6 facecloths. After a follow up phone call, staff arrived with two towels, no facecloths and 2 hand towels. Kids in tub starting to look like prunes. Called back to front desk, third time, they finally send correct towels. Manager called back and gave us complimentary continental vouchers. Got them at check out, but I had to tell the front desk staff that they needed to be signed first by mangement as she just handed me blank cards. Annoying, but not a big deal. One thing about the pool, the staff could be replaced by a scarecrow. Same effect. I know there isn't a lifeguard, but the staff there should enforce the rules about the slide and running, and they didn't. They also ran out of towels at the pool 2 out of 3 times we were there. The gentleman I spoke to at midnight on Thursday was very professional and helpful."

"I very much enjoyed Beth at the front desk... she was jolly and attentive.. The front desk worked as a 'team' and made my registration as well as information I required immediate. It was nice.
Unfortunately I was there for a funeral, therefore, shopping etc was not a priority and I didn't require the airport, but it is nice and close to the airport which is a plus."
