The Bad
A handful of guests across multiple sources expressed complaints about the hotel's level of cleanliness. There were a few guest complaints about the housekeeping staff not making the beds or emptying trash cans.
Some guest reviews on TripAdvisor.com and Hotels.com mentioned noisy conditions. These guests were disturbed by sounds from surrounding rooms during the early morning hours. A few guests with rooms located next to the ice machines also complained of noise disturbances as other hotel guests used the machines.
Some guests disliked the accommodations and felt that the beds and pillows were hard, which was a bit of a contradiction to many other reviews that stated the beds were comfortable.
A large number of guests were annoyed because it was difficult to lower the temperature in their rooms. The control knob on some of the heating and air conditioning units wouldn't budge, which resulted in room temperatures that were too warm.
