"Great place to stay"
"Overall the hotel was good! Beautifully renovated , the beds were comfortable, great location! The down size is if you want a pool don't stay here, it wasn't kept very clean and the hot tub looked like a bacteria filled pond ! But the rest of the hotel was excellent!"

"Although there were some key items missing from our breakfast order and we had to change rooms during the night due to loud music and pub patrons it was a good quality hotel. We will stay there again but now we know what side of the hotel and floor to request when booking our room."

"It was good advice to take the original reservation sheet. They
wanted to charge me a higher rate. When I showed the original paper
they relented. Thank you.
The area around the hotel was very run down and noisy. Especially
at night."

"The rooms are in very bad shape. They need updating in the worst way.
The front staff were very pleasant and got us in the room early. The rooms only have one bath towel for two people!!! That is strange. We wouldn't stay there again for the price of the hotel. You can stay at nicer hotels in Saskatoon for the same price, however, everything was booked on this particular weekend. In future I would advise that when someone calls you for a reservation you tell them the truth about what the hotel is really like. I asked that question to your staff member and they said it was fine.If you are going to use this information I feel that you should use it for your benefit not the hotels."

"The lifts kept breaking down, there was no remote for the tv, no fridge or microwave facility in the room which was difficult having a small baby, the hotel was / is in need of some referbishment, there is paper and paint coming of the internal walls, on a posative note the staff in general were very friendly and attentive to our needs, the bathroom in the room also required upgrading."

"We were not impressed with our stay...The bed was hollowed out in the middle which made it very uncomfortable for two people to sleep in...We were on the 4th floor which also housed dogs in some of the rooms...They did wake us up with their barking once in the night..The hotel appeared kind of dingy and not too modern or updated.."

"1st Night Stay - 2 hours sleep - between the partying in the hotel and the bar across the street closing at 2 a.m. - sounded like a riot outside. Horns honking, people screaming. Very slow to respond to partiers - when security left they started partying again.
My two daughters and I were dead tired the next day. I would rather sleep in my car or on the street than stay in this useless piece of crap again. So much for the positives."
