"overall, the good outweighs the bad."
"The best things about this hotel is that its in a nice, clean area of downtown, relatively quiet and, if you're lucky, it has a great view. Not so great things included a hot tub that was less than satisfactory (not hot enough), and toilet paper that you'd find in a seedy gas station. Otherwise, the hotel is great, if a little pricey."

"I had booked a room with two double beds and was given one king size bed, which caused a great inconvienance. Hotel staff were unhelpful in remedying the situation and said that I had only booked for one king size bed. However, records later showed otherwise. Very dissatisfied and will never stay here again."

Terry from Regina, SK CA rated Park Town Hotel 4 out of 10 on November 28, 2004 Verified Guest Hotel Review

"When I had phoned for my reservations months ago, I requested a loft suite facing the river. What I got was no loft, facing construction in the parking lot, very nice. A parking lot that was so full we had to park could not even park in it. We had to park behind the building in a Impark dirt lot, with poor lighting. Also all of the jets in the hot tub, by the pool, were broken. The work out equipment was archaic, almost completely covered in rust and one of the two treadmills was inoperable. We were very disappointed with our stay there. If we had know we weren't getting the loft suite facing the river we would have stayed at the Delta Bessborough, which is were we will probably stay the next time we are in Saskatoon. We had stayed at your hotel before in a loft suite facing the parking lot, and found it quite nice, but we never used the pool that time, our only complaint was the view. That is why I specifically requested a room facing the river months in advance. Sincerely Terry Madole Business Systems Analyst Saskatchewan Wheat Pool"
