"Pretty good deal and worked out very well for me, as it was a last minute trip. Will definately use your services again. Thanks"
Donna from Regina, SK CA stayed on May 28, 2006

"We booked the hotel for $44.00, but when we got there the man running the front desk charged my sister $87.00. I went in and got the difference back. The room was the original room that I booked for $44.00. We got what we paid for."
Petra from Nipawin, SK CA stayed on April 12, 2006

"I was satisfied with the accommodations and the price I paid - I was not looking for a fancy place to stay - needed a place to stay in Saskatoon so I could get my son to the airport at 4:30 a.m."
Thomas from Calgary, AB CA stayed on April 09, 2006

"Unfortunatley, we were kept up all night by several groups of young people (18-25) who decided to pick this hotel as a good place to party and, for some unknown reason, were placed right next to us even though there were empty rooms farther away. I called the front desk six times throughout the night. Security was sent, but were unable to quiet them down even after several visits. On the second night, the police were called. It would have been better had the management evicted the party goers after the second complaint rather than letting them "party all night long". We did not get to sleep until 5:00am. This was unexceptable and yes, we did complain the next morning. You will find that there were many complaints after Saturday night. Would I recommend this motel? Absolutely not! They seem to feel that this type of behaviour is acceptable and that the rest of us should just put up with it."
Adele from Edmonton, AB CA stayed on February 13, 2006

"we had no heat and after 2 hours were given 2 space heaters and one didn't work. The shower had no water pressure. In all a very poor experience and we will not be coming back. Adele Edmonton"
Kyle from Marsden, SK CA stayed on January 01, 2006

"the beds were very uncomfortable, the bathroom was dirty. and the shower was horrible it kept gettin hot and cold and was brutal. wouldn't recomend this hotel to anybody looking for a good nights rest."
Anonymous guest from Martensville, SK CA stayed on October 01, 2005

"ordering online is almost pointless... they don't know what you ordered when you get there... I asked for a 2 bed with smoking, and I got asked at the counter if I wanted smoking or non, and ended up getting a one bed room. I complained, got a 2 bed room, and I would avoid the 2 bed rooms at all costs. It was horribly noisy and there were people puking and pissing outside of our room. We ended up moving back to a one bed room for the night. The pool is fun, but shallow. Cut my knees up on the slide. No complaints about the hot tub though... The need better change rooms for the pool as well. The slide should have a more gradual curve at the end as well; I flipped over going down the slide (from going down on my back to going down on my front)."
Janice from Ottawa, ON CA stayed on July 28, 2005

"It was loud. We heard everything going on until 4am. It seemed to be a bad district. The washroom did not seemed to have been cleaned properly as it smelled of urine. The pool was just ok but the slide need alot of work. My son got a scrape on it and we had to run after the pool attendant to open the slide. That took over an hour. The full restraunt was not open at 7pm just the short order. Microwaved hamburger and fries. I cancelled my booking at another HJ for fear of it being the same. I will not stay in another HJ again."

"We didn't stay we walked into our room #130 and the stale smell and mold smell were so overwhelming that we couldn't stay. We checked out the water pool and hot tub area it was so old and gross we left and will never return to that hotel."
Sheila from Calgary, AB CA stayed on June 25, 2005

"Room was okay, but light over vanity counter not working. Bathroom sink had a noticeable drip. Even though it was a non-smoking room, smelled of smoke, but that isn't managements problem. All in all, for the accommodation being a budget motel, we were very satisfied."
Kathy from Winnipeg, MB CA stayed on June 09, 2005

"It's what you'd expect for a lower-priced hotel. It does have a nice pool area with a waterslide for kids."
Anonymous guest from Regina, SK CA stayed on April 03, 2005

"You could easily hear everything outside your hotel room. Was very distracting and you didnt feel that you had privacy because it was so easy to hear everything. The seasonal rate was a good deal but i would not consider paying regular rates for this hotel"
Anonymous guest from Winnipeg, MB CA stayed on March 28, 2005

"My understanding was that this was a hotel, not a motel. I noticed some cheap looking front office for some other chain of motel next door that appeared to share the same units as the Howard Johnson. When I book a hotel, I expect one building, not a bunch of little units where people are driving by and you can hear people walking and going on outside. In the end with our discount, we got what we paid for, but I certainly wouldn't have been impressed if I paid full price. To have to walk outside in the winter to get to a swimming pool is very poor service and not what I would call a "feature"."
