"Reasonable price and location for downtown access, quiet"

"I have read reviews stating the location is somewhat questionable, that it's located in an undesirable area of the city. This is not true. The location is convenient to downtown, close to the Saskatoon Station Place Restaurant - great place to dine. And the pricing is reasonable when compared to downtown rates."

"Awful- unaccommodating and rude"

"We didn't even end up able to stay. My sister-in-law was the one who had arranged the room for my husband and I to stay in as a gift to us. The hotel had her credit card, had charged her the reservation fee, and reserved under my name. However, upon arrival to the hotel they would not let us book in to the room without a $400 deposit (even though they already had the credit card info to charge my sister-in-law) and since we were unable to come up with $400 on the spot, we were told we could not have our room, even after speaking with manager and my sister-in-law called to confirm that they had permission to charge her card. We had to leave that hotel at 11:30 pm to find somewhere else to stay at the last minute. Hands down the worst customer service I have encountered and unwilling to accommodate. I've never dealt with a more frustrating, difficult place."

"I liked pretty much everything about this hotel. I think the pool should be a little warmer and the hottub should be larger.....that's about all I would have to say that's negative. I enjoyed the stay there and would definately go back :)"
