"I booked my hotel room via the internet in March for the INXS concert May 27. I booked a room with two queen size beds. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely freindly and began to process the room - one queen bed. When I said I'd booked a room with two queens, a woman who I assumed to be the manager, very rudely told me they didn't have anything left. That I'd have to take a queen with a pull out. When I asked if the price I paid would be adjusted she told no, it's the same price. I found her to be extremely rude. I was not impressed. The gentleman was very helpful and always friendly. I assumed he was fairly new as the manager was helping him enter our booking. Another customer or worker came up while this was going on and spoke to the woman about why she was working on a Saturday. The woman said It was the last Saturday she was ever going to work and she said it in a very snotty manner. I take it she was not happy about her work hours. Perhaps that was the reason for her rudeness to me and my guest. I will not be staying at your hotel again."

"Upon check in I had to wait approximately 30 min before the hotel was able to find my reservation with you guys. They said that you did not send it to them and that is why I was not on record.
The room attendants forgot to check the alarm clock of the room beside me and thus an alarm set for roughly 6am woke me up and once I phoned the front desk it took them about 1hour before it was shut off. The alarm was that nasty high pitched beeping sound. I heard it through the walls. Not very sound proof of rooms.
Room service was very good and the food was god as well.
The room I had was a queen bed smoking. The room was very very small. If I would of known that I would of asked for a room with two beds in it just to get the space. I am afraid I would not recommend or stay in this hotel again. This one night stay for me was suppose to be a little get away for me and I felt like I would of been better off staying at home. Nothing was done about all these things - like a discount or something to try and get me to stay another time in the future."

"Top-notch service at desk and restaurant, food exceptional.
Only glitch was loss of extension cord when we arrived back."

"Bathroom was disgusting - hair on the vanity and stuck to the shower walls when we arrived, windows to outside weeping with broken seals badly in need of replacement, bedspread stained (gross!), television had a line through the screen and static, not clean in general."

"The only reason I would not recommend this hotel to someone else is because of the service I received in your restaurant. My husband and I are from Utah and therefore we were not familiar with other restaurants in the area. We were both tired from a very long drive and looked forward to having a relaxing meal before going to an appointment we had previously scheduled. The restaurant service was horrible! We waited almost an hour just for a bowl of soup and then another 20 minutes for our food! On top of that, the server seemed annoyed when we stressed the fact that we needed to be somewhere else, as we had a business appointment and wanted to return to our room before dark. The server abruptly placed our refilled drinks on the table and walked away as if we should be satisfied that she even stopped at our table to refill our empty cups. The most horrible thing is that she did not address the issue concerning our having to wait over an hour for our food! This was unacceptable behavior that although it justified our walking out, we endured the ill-treatment for the sake of food which turned out to be equally distasteful.
I regret paying for services I did not receive and feel as if we have been taken advantage of in the most inhumane way. We were hungry and just wanted something to eat after a long trip!
I hope that your hotel is able to improve on your restaurant services so that other people who visit will not be treated as we were.
Sincerely,
Annette"

"I've downrated the hotel because it is so stingy on lightbulb wattage. Even with all the lights on, the room was very dark. Even after taking off the lampshades, I had trouble seeing well enough to make sure that I did not leave something behind in the hotel.
The bathroom lighting was also poor, and made it difficult to see to put on makeup or do my hair.
Suggest at least one lamp with a 100-watt bulb and the rest 60 watts."

"The restaurant's complementary buffet wasn't bad but it wasn't good either. Had better luck ordering off the menu instead (complementary $5 off)."
