"Gross"
"If you are a smoker...do not stay here...the smoking room was disgusting...I swore nicotine was dripping from the ceiling. Everything stunk and nothing has been refreshed in at least 10 years. I have stayed in other hotels near by that had smoking and you could barely tell it has been smoked in previous to my arrival. Smoker or not I will never cross the threshhold of this hotel again!"

"Check in and room quality"
"When we called ahead to see if we could get an early check in we were told yes. We showed up an hour later to check in and the room had not even been started to be cleaned. They are old rooms and somewhat dated."

"The room was very dusty when we first checked in. Each day we stayed the beds were made, towels changed but no cleaning was done. After three days we were more than ready to leave. The continental breakfast was awful. White bread, white waffles, cold hard boiled eggs. We paid the same price to stay at the Sheraton Guildford in Surrey as we did at this hotel and there was no comparison. This hotel felt like a dive."

"Breakfast area needs improving"
"poor set up for the continental breakfast, your only choice is to pick it up and go back to room to eat it on your bed. Hotel was hard to find since city signage off main street not at a appropriate size or text."

"Non-Smoker in a smoking room! Room reaked with smoke, including bedding, towels, etc. Nothing smelled fresh. One of the chairs was stained badly. Detailed cleaning needs work. Biuld-up of "stuff" behind the night stand, including an empty pop bottle. Pop stains/glass ring, sticky syrup type stuff on the night stand. TV remote didn't work. No sleep button. Batteries for remote were held in with black tape which would stick to your hand when you picked it up."

"The latch for the window was broken so we couldn't get any fresh air and there could have been more coffee available in the room. the blankets where "well used" they had burn holes in them and were rather thin. other than that it was a nice place to stay."
