This property is located near Hwy 14 in a commercial/big box shopping district of an otherwise residential neighbourhood in the west end of Saskatoon, 10 minutes from downtown. Several stores, including a Walmart Supercentre and a strip mall with restaurants and liquor store are located within a 5-minute walk adding convenience for guests, who prefer to stay out of the more expensive downtown core in an expensive hotel market. Freebies such as Wi-Fi, a hot breakfast and parking add extra value.

This hotel is 100% smoke-free and all 100 rooms include free Wi-Fi (and wired Internet), a flat-screen HDTV, a coffeemaker, a clock radio with iPod connector, a work desk and ergonomic chair, free local calls, individual climate control, a hair dryer, a microwave, and a mini-fridge. Rooms may be furnished with 2 queen beds, 1 king bed, or 2 king beds. Select king rooms include a walk-in shower, double bathroom sinks, and a jetted tub.

Free parking (with cold weather hook-ups) is available on site and pets are permitted for an additional fee of $20 per night (to a maximum of $100 per week).

A free hot breakfast is served daily from 6:00 am - 10:00 am.

The hotel offers an Executive Meeting Facility for business guests to conduct corporate gatherings and luncheons which includes catering and projection equipment.
