"Room service basically non-existant - handicapped patron that would have liked to have breakfast in room, but couldn't seem to get thru. Went thru phone system circle twice b4 giving up as each cycle kept patron on hold - tied to a corded phone."

"The reception desk staff are excellent. Thank you. The waiting time for the restaurant was rather slow and the ATM machine did not work. I did housekeeping at a hotel for two years so I know what to look for when staying at a hotel."

"Upon entering the hotel room, my initial thought was the cleanliness of the room. This just goes to show you that you do not need anything extravagant.........simplicity and cleanliness go far beyond fancy!!!!!!!!!!!!! This hotel proves you can stay at a supposed "lower class" hotel (which they are not) with the same comfort, amenities, QUALITY as those of other hotels. Awesome!!! Thanks for the great stay, and you have my high recommendations!!!!
P.S. As for hotels convenience to particular locations....it is not high on the list as long as it is courteous, clean, and comfortable!! (The three C's)"

"MY STAY AT THE BEST WESTERN WASN'T THE GREATEST BECAUSE THERE WERE ALOT OF YOUNG KIDS RUNNING THE HALLWAYS, GOING BACK AND FORTH TO EACH OTHERS ROOMS, SLAMING DOORS, YELLING, ETC. fOR A PERSON LIKE ME GOING IN FOR SURGERY THE NEXT DAY MY STAY COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER AND EVEN BETTER MORE QUITTER."
