"Cleaning staff were very friendly, on the week days it would have been nice to be able to get muffins first thing in the morning. Each week day we went to purchase muffins we were told they had just poured the batter and it was after 9:00a.m. Loved the new decor. It made the horewl look rich and attractive, would definately stay there again, it was close to everything we needed. Thanks for such a pleasant holiday!"

"No real problems with the service, the only problem hotel wise was that the tub did not drain, which they fixed by sending someone to clean the drain, but the service man left the tub with dirt and grub from the drain on the sides of the tub and one of his tools on the shower wall shelf. My biggest complaint is more to do with the booking itself, I had asked for a smoking room with two beds, when i booked in I ended up intially with a single non smoking room. The hotel clerk had no indication as to smoking or anything and I was charged $11.00 for a booking fee which I was not told about. This is a very poor way of doing business and very misleading, I do not think that I will book again using the system that you have in place as it appears communication between your booking agents and the hotel itself are drastically lacking. I have filed a complaint with visa as to this $11.00 charge."

"Room was well cleaned and looked after except for the air vent in the bathroom which badly needed to be cleaned. Shampoo, soap and coffee/tea were supplied with the room.
Breakfast with the advertised "Bed and Breakfast" was for one day only
even though we stayed for 2 nights.
Free paper was advertised, but not delivered. You had to ask for it at the front desk."
