Numerous patrons indicated that they approved of their rooms, the hotel's location, and the value they received for the prices they paid. Also, while the staff at the hotel received some mixed reviews, guests generally approved of the service they received.
Guests who liked their rooms often called them clean or said that they had a nice decor. The hotel in general was considered clean as well and some guests indicated that the lobby made a good impression.
The hotel was sometimes called "quiet" and the location of the property was well-liked for several other reasons. Occasionally a guest mentioned that the University of Regina was nearby and multiple guests indicated that accessing the airport was easy. However the majority of patrons who liked the hotel's location said it was because of the nearby restaurants and the nearby shopping options.
Several guests expressed approval over the value they received for the prices they paid. One guest said the hotel had "excellent rates" while multiple others said the hotel was "reasonably priced." Occasionally a guest indicated that he/she was happy that the room rates included free Internet.
The staff at the hotel did not impress every guest who stayed at this property however the employees generally were well-liked. Most guests who described the staff said that they were "friendly" while other guests described them as "helpful."
The Bad
Some guests who stayed at this hotel were critical of the property for a few different reasons.
The limited facilities at the hotel generated some complaints as many guests were unhappy that the property did not have a pool.
The hotel did have a restaurant/lounge but some guests found the service lacking. Some guests that went to the lounge in the evening found it closed while a couple guests found the restaurant closed at a time when they thought it should have been open. Occasionally there were also concerns over the speed of service from waitstaff. Also, some guests were disappointed that the hotel did not include breakfast with room rates.
While the location of the hotel was generally liked a couple guests mentioned that this hotel would not be good for someone who wanted to be downtown.
