"Not the best"
"Overall it seemed clean, but when I looked in the sink in the bathroom it looked like it hasn't been wiped. But the staff were friendly and the rest of the room was ok. Another downer was that when I booked online it said free continental breakfast and when we arrived the breakfast bar was under construction and the front desk personnel pointed us to the restaurant."

"Great location, customer service was friendly and knowledgable. A little pricey considering how old the hotel is, but we went for the Paul McCartney concert so I think the prices were more than usual."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant also had great satff and good food. At the time of my stay there was only one ice machine in the hotel that was working. There is very little parking and the lot is quite cramped. Overall a very pleasant stay."

"Very nice hotel and room, not enough parking pay parking but free if guest, only 40 stalls. Had to park on street. Beds were comfy. caulking needs to redone in bathroom. Loved the make up remover towelette."

"We found our stay very comfortable. The room was clean. It is very close to all convenient for all of downtown Regina. Nice lounge and good food. The only issue I had was the shower didn't work so well. Also like the fact that some places still put up with us smokers."

"Would not stay again"
"When we arrived at the hotel the desk attendee was not very informed of the area,I asked if the street was safe to park on he said oh i think so... what is that suppose to mean? We were tired and needed to stop so we did. Since we had a dog we had to stay on the smoking floor... This floor is terrible with smoke.. if I had of had a small child I would not have stayed there. No fan in the bathroom, the bathroom is not even big enough to turn around in! Only able to open window a wee bit to get fresh air in."

"We were not the only ones that had complains about the heat"
"Since you asked, here goes....the room was horrible, it was so hot in there, the termostate was not working, had to keep the window open to cool the room off and so the traffic was noisy... we went down to complain.....nothing was done about it, the t.v.and the remote was of poor quality, there was not even a pen in the room"

"There was black hair on my sheets, towels, and in the bath tub. The door was incredibly hard to open, and was poorly painted (obviously had been kicked in several times). For $130/night, I expect clean, nicely upgraded hotel, not this dive. Very unimpressed - would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"When I used the elevator to take up the luggage cart, the door closed on my shoulder and I had a hard time to get the elevator door to release. The door should have automatically opened when it hit me. I was sore in the neck and should for a few days after. I was not happy about this. I said some choice words, which I am sure the clerk at the desk should have heard, but did not even acknowledge what had happened or if I was O.K."
