This property is situated in a commercial neighbourhood north of downtown Regina. There are several big box stores and restaurants located within a 5-minute walk of this property. This hotel is ideal for guests who are looking to explore the city by car as it is located on a major thoroughfare (Albert Street).

This hotel offers both smoking and non-smoking accommodations and all rooms include free Wi-Fi, a mini-fridge, a microwave, free local calls, air conditioning, a TV, and individual climate control. Rooms are furnished with 2 double beds or 1 queen bed.

Free parking is available on site and pets are not permitted.

A free breakfast is served daily from 6:00 am - 9:00 am. The on-site restaurant is currently closed but guests found a Tim Hortons and Subway Sandwiches nearby.

Downtown attractions, such as Casino Regina and the Cornwall Centre (shopping mall) are about 5 minutes away by car. The Mosaic Stadium (home of the CFL's Saskatchewan Roughriders) is a 4-minute drive away.

One guest said that "the owner of the hotel was very rude" and other guests described the staff as unhelpful, unresponsive to guest concerns and requests (would not permit a late check-out), lacking knowledge about the hotel rewards program, unfriendly, and unwelcoming.

Many guests thought that the in-room decor, furniture, and fixtures were dated and in need of upgrades. Reviewers described toilets that were missing seat covers, electrical outlets that did not work, dirty windows, thin and worn linens, missing headboards, rusty porcelain in the bathroom, cracked paint, and dim lighting. One guest described his room as "disgusting", while another reviewer thought his room was "scuzzy".

Several guests were disturbed in their rooms by street noise and a couple of reviewers complained that their windows were drafty. A couple of guests described their beds as "saggy" and uncomfortable.

A few guests mentioned feeling unsafe and uneasy about the people who seemed to loiter around the hotel. One reviewer described the loiterers as "weird" and another guest said that he was approached by a prostitute in the lobby.
