Many guests described their rooms as clean and well maintained. Several reviewers found their rooms to be quiet, and a couple of guests thought that their rooms were spacious. A couple of reviewers mentioned that their beds were comfortable and one guest said that the black-out curtains were effective.

The staff were frequently complimented and guests described the front desk agents as friendly, helpful, and quick to provide directions. One reviewer said that the customer service was "great".
