"I am a Delta Reward long time Member my case is the front desk people would not honour this unless I had the card with me . Well if I was to carry all rewards cards and credit cards this would be quite a batch in this computer age you would think this would be on file , I only asked for a half hour late check out the clerk said it would be $105.00 extra wow !"

"Upon arrival we find out pool/hottub is out of order. The reason for our visit was relax by the pool in this cold winter we are having. There was no apologies for inconvenience or anything. We were staying for the two nights however, we decided to stay one night since we had driven four hours to get there - however there are no fridges, microwaves in the room at all. Something all lower end hotels have. For the price of the hotel, it needs to update and have their amenities all in order. It was a very disappointing getaway. We come to Regina to see our son in university so were looking forward to a relaxing stay at the delta. Not so! We did get a few bucks knocked off the room upon departure."

"What a surprise! Best hotel experience ever!"
"We stayed on the 25th floor with a phenomenal view to the north of the city stretching out into farmland. From the moment we arrived everything was perfect. Delta checked us in early when we asked to store our luggage and this was much appreciated. The top floors are newly renovated. Even the hallways. The room was sleek modern and exquisite. The colours were bamboo, verdant green and Forrest floor browns. Instead of the usual pokey shower and tub we had a beautiful slate standup shower. Room service prices are very reasonable. Wifi is fast and free. The mattress felt like it was hugging you. Too bad someone who stayed before us thought it was okay to use the AC unit to open bottles on. Philosophy toiletries. Window that opened with screen. Wish every hotel was this one."

"It was astressful nite as my mom needed exstensive help in the bathroom and we couldn't get her wheelchair in the bathroom. We also needed to call for help with the heat as we couldn't adjust it,it was faulty. Room service was awesome, Great place to stay . would have been excellent if we had known about the wheelchair accessable room."

"The service was excellent. Not many hotels will be as accomodating when you have children along. They were extremely accomodating. It was a pleasure to stay there and we are already planning to stay there again when we visit next year. Our children will not stay any where else. They absolutely loved it and so did we."

"Almost perfect, except for one thing that could be addressed"
"I was very happy with my room, the service, and the breakfasts supplied to guests. The only problem I ran into was noice from downstairs. I was on the second floor and there is a pool on the main floor just off the lobby. I noticed at night, after I was in bed, that there would be all this noisy thumping and couldn't figure it out until one day I noticed children running down the hallway to the pool and realized that was the noise I kept hearing......it was like a herd of thundering elephants. Perhaps it would be a good idea to ask any children running to please not run through the hallways. Otherwise, it was perfect."
