Overview
The Comfort Inn Regina is located on the east side of the Saskatchewan provincial capital, just to the north of the Trans Canada Highway. Hotel services and amenities include free continental breakfast, free Internet, free newspaper on weekdays, truck parking, currency exchange, and free coffee. The hotel also has free parking and the front desk is staffed 24 hours per day.
The property is less than 20 minutes away by driving to the Regina International Airport and the Comfort Inn Regina offers an airport shuttle. Both Wascana Lake and Casino Regina are nearby. Sports fans will find Moscana Stadium at Taylor Field close-by, the home of the Saskatchewan Roughriders.
The property is pet friendly and all rooms have both air conditioning and cable television. Additionally the property has business guest rooms set aside for corporate guests.
Check-in time starts at 3pm and check-out time is until 11am.

Guests often found their rooms to be clean and they typically found the staff cooperative and helpful. Multiple guests used the world “friendly” when describing the hotel’s employees and the number of compliments toward the staff outweighed the number of complaints.
Guests who commented on room appointments generally made favorable comments. For example, beds were called comfortable by multiple guests.
The hotel location also received some commending by guests who found the property’s close proximity to the Trans Canada Highway helpful and/or convenient.
Additionally, guests frequently approved of having some services for free such as Internet, parking, and breakfast.
The Bad
When guests complained about the hotel in their reviews, hotel maintenance was the leading reason. Of these complaints, guests frequently thought that the hotel was old or “dated”. Some guests expressed having trouble with room fixtures like the air conditioning or the toilet.
While there were more compliments regarding the hotel’s room cleanliness than there were complaints, some guests still expressed concerns in this department. Areas that were mentioned as dirty included both the hotel rooms and the bathrooms. Related to that, there were some complaints about an offensive smell in the property.
Contrary to some guest opinions, there were some concerns over the comfort of the beds. While guests tended to approve of bed comfort, occasionally guests complained about uncomfortable beds.
