"My wife and I really enjopyed the stay . It was nice and clean. I would recommand it to anyone.The beds were very confortable. There is nothing we can say that was bad about the place. It is close to shopping malls. Thanks again for the copmfortabel stay.

"The level of NOISE in the 1st-floor corridors, with the kids and families running around between poolside suites, is very high. There was noise all the way through until about 1:00 a.m., with kids and adults chattering thoughtlessly up and down the corridor, and I slept VERY BADLY. I noticed there's a bit of a gap between the door of the suite, and the frame, all round. (I was in 141.) If this were filled in--some kind of insulation--less of the ruckus from the corridor would get in to the suites on the parking-lot side of the corridor. Please consider this suggestion. The pool-users and birthday party kids are not the only guests at the Seven Oaks!"

"Was guarantee a room with non smoking AND 2 queen size bed with a crib
Was place in a smoking room with one bed and no crib. Front desk clerk needs some manners taught!(the one not properly dressed, my husband like it though!)Sorry did not get the name.
Phoned for crib came without a sheet phoned for sheet never came phoned again 2 hours later, finally went down stairs 20 minutes later was rudely informed (by same clerk) that the porter was on a break and that I only phoned 20 minutes ago. Must say the AM front desk clerk is very polite and informative. The restaurant staff and breakfast were the best!"

"The outside rooms were average. Next time I would like to stay on the inside rooms facing the pool. The long hall ways were certainly bright. They were almost to sterile looking. It would add to the decor if there could be pictures or accent lighting in the hall.The restaurant service was very good the young gal was pleasant and offered great service. Merril H."

"While staying at the hotel I complained to the people working at the front desk about: the noise in the hotel, teenagers in the pool and waterslide area (who were in there without wristband) who were simply out of control, swearing and cursing, and dangerous to everyone who tried to go on the waterslice. After crashing into my 9 year old daughter two times we realized that it was not even safe for her to be on the waterslide. I reported that a number of teens were drinking beer in the pool area, yet nothing was done. Upon checking out I again pointed out my concerns to the on duty manager, who felt that I would be adequately compensated by taking $20 off of my bill. Simply stated I find that taking $20 off of a $100 plus bill is insulting."

"Having to leave my credit card imprint when I am paying cash was stupid specialy when I didn't have anough room on it and if I had known that I would of put money on my card but being a $500 limit card it doesn't take much to be close to the limit and alot of people don't have a credit card. Then the front desk made a HUGE deal about it. Room had garbage on the side of the couch that wasn't clean. Probably wouldn't stay there again."
