"Pleasant, friendly welcome. Very helpful. The beds were comfortable and clean; the bathroom was clean. The Travelodge in Prince Albert is an older building. The floor coverings were clean but dated."

"Basically a rat hole."

"Needs updating badly. I really liked being scalded in the shower, its amazing someone hasn't sued about this issue. The restaurant was below average. Compared to other hotels in the city for the price, I will never stay in the Travel Lodge ever again."

"I was impressed that we were given a larger room when we weren't able to get a cot. It wasn't on the web site that there were no cots. I was not pleased that we had to stay in a smoking room the first night. I was happy that they were able to move us to a non-smoking the second night. The people were very helpful and curteous and pleasant to deal with. If I was going to stay in Prince Albert I would go again to the Travelodge. I would likely choose another Travelodge as well, somewhere else because of the service in P.A."

"Extremely poor noise insulation at this hotel. Had to change rooms twice (total of three different rooms) in effort to find a quiet room. Also, every step of the people in the room above me was very noticeable. Impossible to get any rest under these conditions. Also, not all the cable stations advertised were able to be received. Hotel employee told me that the hotel has known of the problem for some time but has yet to get it fixed. On the upside, the staff was extremely courteous and never made me feel that my complaints or issues were annoying to them. The staff was wonderful; the facility was very poor in all areas but cleanliness."

HAD COMMUNICATED THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY NEXT MORNING AND THEY ASSIGNED ME AND MY HUSBAND TO ANOTHER WHICH WAS VERY SATISFACTORY HOWEVER, NOT TOO QUIET.
