"When we arrived, they didn't have the reservation that I had made. Didn't get a room near the pool--not sure if there are any. Terrible view of the parking lot, and, since the hotel appeared to be half empty, wondered why a better room wasn't available.
The pool opens 'sometime between 8 am and 10 am--whenever it has been cleaned', which doesn't seem very precise to me. The bathroom floor was very slippery after a shower, especially since there was no working fan in the room. Where were the advertised jacuzzi tubs?
Beds were okay, but one of them was quite worn out on one side, and none of us slept very well on them.
Door had no 'do not distub/make up room now' sign, and there was no security chain on the door, although it looked as though there should have been one. The hotel decor was rather dingy.
However, the staff was very efficient and friendly, and the desk clerk gave--without hesitation--a late check-out. The restaurant waitress was very efficient, even though they were clearly understaffed."
