"The price was a little more than I am used to but when i saw the rooms, they had everything there, fridge, microwave, coffee make , iron, blow dryer..it was well worth it.
The only thing was that I didn't know how to use the shower, the instructions were in the key card holder and didn't notice till the next day..ended up bathing. And I had a hard time reaching the front desk on the phone"

"I am 'truly disappointed' with the lack of understanding from this hotel with their service. We stayed three nights on a long weekend. On the very last night we came back to the room - in the same condition that we left. If I was at home everything from beds made, garbage taken out, sinks/tub cleaned, clean towels, etc would have been DONE!! "They did not clean our room". This means - pampers(we have an infant), pizza boxes/pop cans(we called in for supper), no clean towels, and so on. We were disappointed but calmly talked to the front desk, talked to the housekeeping supervisor (who we got into a heated discussion); and received too excuses/blame to mention (our room was not a priority, staff did not come in, we had to clean this many rooms, etc). I expected quality service and cleanliness especially from a newer hotel. Far from the truth.
Lesson learned - stay some where else."
